Joel W. Ray, MD, FACS, is a board certified (1985) neurosurgeon, practicing surgery of the brain, spine and peripheral nerves. Dr. Ray earned his bachelor's with honors at Harvard College and his doctor of medicine degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo. He completed his internship and neurosurgical residency at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland (1983).
